PARTICIPATIVE
--i want the participation and help of my members, full cooperation and teamwork. But i admit, that there should still be a line where a leader must be the one to have the final say. Still, taking into consideration the opinions and suggestions of my members. I let my team or group do their work but with my guidance. I want a team that could also be leaders on their own.
I am not at all shocked with the result because i am already aware that i am a participative kind of leader. I used to be a leader..back in gradeschool. Back then they say im pretty good at it. i can control the noise of our class. We usually are the 'most quiet section' and we would get stars on our doors. I am pretty proud of that achievement. What went wrong? I got too emotionally attached to my work. I tend to cry when somethings went wrong, at a very young age, i think i already a perfectionist. it hindered from doing well on my studies to the point where i lost my academic achievements. And because of that, i lost my leadership touch in highschool. But i was able to gain my awards back during my senior year. i guess i need to learn to balance leadership with my studies.
