The bar graph shows that most companies consider the non-technical skills than the technical.so i guess the saying is true. that personality is important than knowledge.you cant keep up and fully succeed if you dont have the esteem and endurance to work.knowing the work to be done is the edge of getting the job but your 'diskarte' is the key in surviving the job. I dont really have questions about it since i get why companies would give these job requirements. I guess i realized that graduating from this course will give me many job opportunities since technology is a rampant subject in the market and it is very in demand since almost every company i coping with the future.
